About Quality Automotive

Our 2007 F350 has developed several major mechanical issues over the last couple of years. When the first issue occurred, I enquired around to attain information concerning local repair shops. Quality Automotive was recommended by several different sources. Based on that research I chose to have our truck towed to Quality Automotive. From my initial interaction with Darren I have found him to be patient with my many questions, to provide thorough explanations, and to be straightforward, knowledgeable, truthful, respectful, and friendly. He is a hard worker. He takes the extra effort to make sure his analysis and work are done right. His estimates regarding costs and the dates of completion of various segments of the work he has accomplished for me have been reasonable and accurate... with the only exception being that he has completed some of the work he was accomplishing EARLY. Working with Darren and his staff goes smoothly and is stress-free. He and his crew have gone out of their way to make having our truck repaired easier and more convenient for us than it would have been at other shops. I have been extremely satisfied with the work that has been accomplished at Quality Automotive and I will not hesitate to have future work done by Quality Automotive should I ever need to have additional work done.
